Freeze-drying differs from other dehydration methods because allows flavors, smells and nutritional content to remain unchanged. Once rehydrated, lyophilized truffles are ready to use.

PREPARATION:

  1. Take some lyophilized truffles from the jar (as much as you decide). 
  2. Put it in the pot.
  3. Pour 0.05 l of water over lyophilized truffles.
  4. Leave them in water for one (1) minute.
  5. Arrange truffles on the top of the dish.

Suggestion: truffle water can be used as a sauce.
