STEP 1
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Transfer the yolks to a large bowl.

STEP 2
 Mash the yolks well with a fork.

STEP 3 Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and 1/2 tsp. vinegar.

STEP 4 Add tuna and stir well until well combined.

STEP 5 Fill the egg whites with the mixture.

STEP 6
 Add finely chopped parsley to taste.

Serve cold.
